At our organization, we are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Casual Disability Support Worker with extensive experience in Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to provide high-quality support and care to individuals with disabilities.

Main Responsibilities:

- Provide direct support to clients with disabilities, including personal care, domestic assistance, community access, and social and recreational activities.
- Manage challenging behavior's and implement behavior support plans for clients with ASD.
- Encourage and promote independence and social interaction.
- Promote and support the clients' physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing.
- Monitor and document clients' progress and report any changes or concerns to the team.

Key Requirements:

- Extensive experience in working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
- Demonstrated experience in supporting individual plans and behavior support plans.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A current driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- A valid Yellow Card and Blue Card
- Must speak fluent English for this client.
