Job Description

The Director of Operational Strategy will play a critical role in developing and executing a comprehensive operational excellence strategy that aligns with our strategic objectives. This role will involve leading cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process quality and productivity enhancement, ensuring client change initiatives contribute to the creation of scalable, flexible operational frameworks that prioritize long-term client value and strengthen relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for driving transformational agendas while maintaining strong governance principles, ensuring consistent, reliable outcomes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing an operational excellence strategy that enhances efficiency and productivity.
  • Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across departments.
  • Collaborating with senior leadership to integrate operational excellence into the corporate strategy.
  • Identifying inefficiencies in processes and implementing Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Expertise in project management, with experience managing multiple projects and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in change management, securing buy-in, and driving successful transformation initiatives.
  • In-depth knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement frameworks.
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in Operational Excellence, Process Improvement, or Business Transformation roles.
  • A strong track record in leading cross-functional teams, complex projects, and multi-site transformations.
