Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with young people and community groups to understand their needs and aspirations
  • Develop and manage budgets, reports, and other administrative tasks
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in a field such as youth work, community development, or a related field
  • Proven experience in youth development, community engagement, or a related field
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
  • First Aid Certificate
  • National Police Clearance
  • Rights to work in Australia
