Job Role Overview

At our organisation, we are seeking an ambitious individual to fill the role of Dispenser and Keyholder. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, delivering high-quality customer service, and contributing to a dynamic team environment.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and basic mathematical abilities. Previous experience in optical or retail sales is highly desirable, as well as proficiency in store opening/closing procedures.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide eye care and eyewear styling advice to patients and prospective clients.
  • Dispense lenses and frames per prescriptions provided by our Optometrists.
  • Build meaningful relationships with clients for repeat business.
  • Assist with store opening and closing procedures.
  • Support the growth and development of the organisation.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years experience in optical or 2+ years retail sales experience.
  • Previous experience with store opening/closing duties.
  • Strong attention to detail and basic mathematical skills.
  • Confident communication skills and ability to build trusting relationships.
  • Self-motivated, positive, and friendly manner.
