Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Duty Managers and Lifeguards
  • Prevent hazards and ensure operational compliance
  • Develop and implement operational procedures
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve facility goals

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership experience
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Sound knowledge of work health and safety legislative guidelines
  • Demonstrated experience in pool operations and plant room management
  • Ability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificates
  • Blue Card

Applicants with experience in pool plant operation and maintenance will be highly regarded.
