About the Role:

Job Summary

We are seeking a short-term Capacity Planning Consultant to take an existing first draft of a Residential Operations plan and elevate it into a standardized, reportable system. You will work directly with US-based Senior Capacity Planner and other stakeholders to understand business workflows, map and time tasks using data from Salesforce and Sigma, and establish standardized weekly/monthly operational reporting.

Your efforts will deliver clarity and visibility needed to scale effectively, with potential for longer-term engagement based on growth needs. This role would work adjusted hours to ensure there's enough overlap each day with US colleagues, including US Central time zone.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Refine and standardize existing ops plan
  2. Review and understand current first-draft Residential Operations workflow
  3. Uplevel this draft into a cohesive, scalable operations model that reflects current business realities
  4. Identify operational tasks, determine volumes and durations using Salesforce and Sigma, and establish clear ownership and flow
  5. Build tools for visibility & ongoing reporting
  6. Create standardized dashboards and reporting structures using Salesforce and/or Sigma
  7. Design templates that allow for automated or easily repeatable weekly and monthly reports
  8. Ensure leadership has clear insights into task volume, duration, bottlenecks, and resource needs
  9. Enable handoff or longer-term integration
  10. Deliver clear documentation and training materials to support seamless handoff of forecasting and reporting system
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in operational forecasting, capacity planning, or business process analysis
  • Proven ability to take existing workflows or plans and uplevel them into standardized, scalable systems
  • Hands-on experience working with Salesforce, particularly in operations or support contexts
  • Proficiency with business intelligence tools like Sigma or similar platforms to extract and analyze data
  • Strong understanding of task-level time analysis and process mapping
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present insights clearly
