Regional Sales and Marketing Director

The Precinct Manager role focuses on delivering commercial objectives through the design and implementation of a precinct strategy that drives revenue growth and brand expansion within defined regions.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy that aligns with company objectives, focusing on revenue growth and brand expansion within defined regions.
- Cultivate and expand relationships with key customers and government groups, identifying opportunities for partnership growth and expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic targets, generate new business opportunities, and drive short and mid-term projects.
- Stay informed about state and federal government landscapes relevant to healthcare, life sciences, and clinical trials, using this knowledge to build strategic advantages for Thermo Fisher Scientific within precincts.
- Partner with the Thermo Fisher Government Affairs team to ensure the company's appropriate positioning and advocacy within precincts.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Science or Business (MBA preferred).
- Significant experience in the life sciences or healthcare sectors, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong industry knowledge, including familiarity with key players, trends, and challenges.
- Global experience within a matrixed organization with a decentralized model.
