We are seeking a dedicated professional to support Koori families by providing strong foundations for their children's early learning and development.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Apply your skills and knowledge in delivering parenting education programs to communities throughout the region in collaboration with the broader education and care sector.
  2. Gather, analyse, and disseminate information related to current parenting practices and evidence-based programs.
  3. Assist with developing parent education programs for families, including vulnerable and high-needs families.
  4. Work with isolated and rural communities, as well as with community-based organisations and providers of family support.
  5. Deliver quality services to meet and exceed the needs and expectations of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and families.

This position requires willingness to provide, complete, and submit documentation prior to employment, including:

  • A valid Driver's Licence
  • A current Victorian Working with Children Check
  • A current Police Check
  • Any other checks or licences necessary for the role

Qualifications with relevant experience, or lesser formal qualifications with substantial relevant experience in early childhood, education, health, social work, community services, behavioural or social sciences, are acceptable.
