Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Principal and Principal consultants with experience in Cloud Transformation Strategy. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud transformations, strong domain acumen, and delivery proficiency to help clients achieve business success.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a business case for Oracle cloud ERP transformation, including financial/non-financial benefits and required investments
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to manage assessments and develop cloud migration strategies and multi-year journey maps
  • Manage client relationships and advise clients on solving problems/issues
  • Support design of cloud operating models, including cloud operations capabilities, processes, roles/responsibilities, and organization structures
  • Evaluate different products for business functions
  • Lead client discussions to define issues/opportunities and deliver practical solutions

Thought Leadership & Practice Development:

  • Lead/participate in developing and delivering service offerings
  • Lead/participate in blueprints and designs of finance transformations
  • Provide insights on new/emerging perspectives and points of view on package-enabled transformations and emerging products/practices
  • Develop patterns, best practices, and white papers on ERP transformation strategy and service offering-related areas
  • Capture work products, insights gained, and intellectual property created and upload into the firm's knowledge management system
  • Stay informed on trends in business practices and emerging products/technologies
  • Actively update/up-grade level of expertise or knowledge
  • Demonstrate ability to share expertise with others on the team and with the client
  • Demonstrate knowledge of emerging technologies and their impact on finance/accounting

Sales and Marketing:

  • Client proposal development and sales support
  • Client presentations
  • Contribute points of view through blogging, white papers, and other thought leadership
  • Lead work streams to aid development of new business opportunities
  • Conduct market/client research and industry analysis

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with MBA or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution; four years of progressive experience in lieu of every year of education considered
  • At least 15+ years of experience implementing and managing package-enabled business transformations involving Oracle applications
  • Business transformation and Oracle implementation experience with at least 3 end-to-end implementations of Oracle at client locations using global delivery model with at least 1 with ERP Cloud
  • Well-defined management consulting experience, including Project Management and/or Business Analysis
  • Strong understanding of business/market dynamics, financial practices, and supportive technology advancements in Oracle ERP cloud and other products
  • Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Proficient with industry-standard program management tools and practices
  • Ability to travel 4 days a week to multiple local/state/national client locations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience implementing one of these Oracle Service areas: Oracle Financials Cloud AR, AP, GL, Treasury, Projects
  • Ability to translate technology impact on business capabilities with good conversational knowledge of core Oracle Cloud finance applications/functions
  • Industry Domain knowledge in Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, Manufacturing, Retail, CPG, Communications
  • Experience managing business processes across multiple functional areas in an organization and appreciation of how they impact each other
  • Demonstrated capability to provide thought leadership and architect business solutions across functional areas
  • Ability to lead teams to deliver business solutions and projects, mentor team members to learn/take on higher responsibilities
  • Functional process experience in an organization/industry-specific experience
  • Ability to develop business case for Oracle cloud ERP transformation with good understanding of financial/non-financial benefits/required investments
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to manage assessments/develop cloud migration strategies/multi-year journey maps covering business process transformation/organization change management
