Job Description


We are seeking a part-time Retail Sales Team Member to join our team. As a valued member, you will be responsible for creating exceptional customer experiences, providing styling advice, assisting with stock deliveries and visual merchandising, and working collaboratively with your team to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.



Key Responsibilities



  • Create an exceptional customer experience through effective communication and product knowledge
  • Provide styling advice and recommendations to customers
  • Assist with stock deliveries and visual merchandising to maintain a visually appealing store environment
  • Work collaboratively with your team to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators


Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A strong passion for fashion and excellent customer service skills
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn our Point of Sale system
  • A flexible availability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
