About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Enrolled Nurse to join our team at My Flex Health. As a compassionate and dynamic Enrolled Nurse, you will be the pillar of support for patients and residents in hospitals and aged care facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications and monitor vital signs
  • Assist with treatments and procedures, and maintain accurate records
  • Identify and address clinical risks, and collaborate with RNs in resident/patient care
  • Contribute to workload distribution for quality care, and complete care documentation promptly and accurately
  • Anticipate and manage changing resident health needs, and support residents/patients and families

Requirements:

  • 6 months industry experience (minimum)
  • Current Enrolled Nurse APHRA Registration + Diploma of Nursing
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • National Police Clearance (for Hospital work)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (for aged care/disability work)
