**About the Team**

TikTok's Trust & Safety team is seeking a Product Operation Manager to join our global offices. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with engineers, data scientists, and product policies to build safety features and strategies.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Identify risks and develop in-app product solutions or back-end processes to address them, working with the engineering team to implement solutions.
  • Define a safety product roadmap, set metrics to inform success, and drive cross-functional efforts to achieve success.
  • Develop expertise in one of Bytedance's emerging products' domains, owning a specific product or horizontal scenario.
  • Develop a robust workflow for cross-team collaboration, managing large-scale product improvement projects to improve community safety.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

  • 3+ years of experience in product operation/model operation in internet companies with intermediate to advanced data analysis and project management skills.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Experience in AIGC/chatGPT/data labeling and interest in the artificial intelligence industry.
  • Experience and expertise in content moderation and quality, safety & abuse, and other safety-related initiatives.
  • Experience in project management with cross-functional teams, across different time zones, cultures, and languages.
  • Clear mind, data-driven, able to find, investigate, and solve problems using data results.
  • Be a team player, goal-oriented, and highly self-motivated.
