As a key player in delivering exceptional customer experiences, this role is instrumental in fostering long-lasting relationships with clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing personalized service to customers for dry cleaning, laundry and clothing alterations
  • Efficiently handling point of sale transactions and cash handling with high accuracy
  • Assisting the team with shirt ironing on our shirt robot and wash and fold duties
  • Ensuring high-quality standards for customer cleaned doonas and general store operations
  • Supporting customers with in-store or phone-based enquiries and liaising with the delivery team for seamless order fulfillment
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles (ideally 1 year+ in retail or hospitality)
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Proficiency in computer systems and ideally POS systems
  • Able to work independently and efficiently
