ClearCompany is an independent statutory body responsible for managing environmental water entitlements in Victoria. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to lead our Planning and Delivery Team.
The successful applicant will be responsible for the oversight of planning, reporting, and accounting the use of environmental water. This includes driving innovative and effective processes to prioritise use, carryover, and trade of environmental water.
A key part of this role is building and maintaining strong relationships within the organisation, with partner organisations, and key stakeholders. This includes participation and negotiations in state-wide and interjurisdictional forums.
We are looking for someone with leadership experience, a collaborative mindset, and knowledge of environmental water management in Victoria.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the use of environmental water
- Lead the Planning and Delivery Team
- Maintain strong relationships with partner organisations and stakeholders
