The role of Data Center Mechanical Engineer is pivotal in the design, planning, and operation of all aspects of our global infrastructure. This position requires a highly skilled professional with expertise in designing, delivering, and maintaining high-quality data centers that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver cutting-edge data centers that incorporate innovative solutions for capacity upgrades, improved availability, increased efficiency, and sustainability.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues, identify root causes, and develop corrective action plans to prevent future failures.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to promote standards, consistency, and excellence in services delivered.
  • Develop and implement strategies for data center upgrades and design-solutions that add capacity, improve availability, increase efficiency, and sustainability.
  • Lead engineering audits, including on-site visits within our data centers, and produce comprehensive reports outlining risks, recommended mitigations, and remediation.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Strong background in mechanical engineering, with experience in designing, delivering, and maintaining data centers.
  • Expertise in troubleshooting complex issues, identifying root causes, and developing corrective action plans.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software tools and technologies, including building information modeling (BIM) and computer-aided design (CAD).
