Lead Counsellor

This position leads and manages a team of Psychologists across multiple campuses to deliver high-quality, student-focused psychological services that meet required standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience in providing direct psychological support to students, including individual counselling, case management, and referrals to external providers.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster a collaborative and professional environment for the team of Psychologists.
  • Provide expert psychological support to students, including crisis intervention, emotional regulation, and academic achievement.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and systems for Student Wellbeing and counselling services.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to design and deliver proactive mental health programs for students.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on student assessments and progress.
  • Contribute to funding and special provisions applications as needed.
