Implementation SAP Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Implementation / SAP Coordinator with a mechanical trade background to join our client's team on a rolling contract basis.

Main deliverables include:

  • Work pack & scope development for a major Oil & Gas project
  • Coordination of multi-discipline teams in the delivery of the projects
  • Setting up and managing work packs through SAP
  • Strong coordination and management skills
  • Use of ISSOW Permit to work system
  • Ensuring projects are delivered to a high level of quality, on time and on budget
  • Timely liaison with all relevant stakeholders
  • Regular and accurate support of Implementation team
  • Strong Health & Safety awareness
Requirements & Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A trade background in a Mechanical discipline
  • Experience in the Oil & Gas industry, with at least 2 years in a Coordinator role
  • Offshore or onshore experience on large projects (Greenfield/Brownfield)
  • An understanding of LNG Process & Loading Facilities
  • Experience in EPCM Projects in Greenfields & Brownfield environments
  • Highly competent, motivated person with good interpersonal and influencing skills
  • High awareness of safe working practices associated with construction, pre-commissioning, installation, hook-up and commissioning of oil & gas facilities
  • Good communication skills
  • SAP experience is essential
  • Project planning and cost management tools
