Quality Assurance Specialist


About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to lead the development and execution of our global quality strategy. This involves driving supplier ownership of quality, ensuring every product meets brand standards and supports expansion into new markets.

The successful candidate will partner closely with Production to build supplier strategies, implement calibration frameworks, and establish processes guaranteeing consistency across countries and categories. They will oversee supplier performance, deliver training programs, and create reporting tools providing visibility and accountability across the supply chain.

This role is ideal for a commercially minded leader who can balance strategy with hands-on problem solving, build strong relationships across teams and suppliers, and champion continuous improvement in quality management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality processes and strategies to drive supplier ownership of quality.
  • Partner with Production to build supplier strategies, implement calibration frameworks, and establish processes guaranteeing consistency across countries and categories.
  • Oversee supplier performance, deliver training programs, and create reporting tools providing visibility and accountability across the supply chain.
  • Build strong relationships across teams and suppliers, and champion continuous improvement in quality management.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in Quality Control within the retail sector.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing quality processes and strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of garment production, inspection procedures, and supplier management.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, and cloud-based reporting systems.
  • Experience building tools, dashboards, and calibration frameworks to monitor performance.
  • Excellent communication and training skills, with the ability to engage and align stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and organisational abilities, with a proactive approach to risk management.
