- We are looking for an experienced property lawyer with 3-5 years PAE to join our team due to growth.
About The Role
Key Responsibilities:- Property Transactions: Commercial, Office, Industrial and Retail property sales, acquisitions, and due diligence for significant property assets
- Development Work: Assist with site acquisition, due diligence, structuring, titling, body corporate and land subdivision developments
- Leasing: Draft and negotiate Commercial, Office, Industrial and Retail leases, including complex agreements for lease, major tenant leases, lease renewals, variations and enforcement actions
- General Property Work: Contract negotiation, settlement processes, and property-related advisory work
- Client Management: Direct client contact and relationship building with major property investors, developers, and corporate clients
- Specialised asset classes: opportunities to work on specialised asset classes including Hotels and Resorts, Retirement Villages and Aged Care, and Build-to-Rent developments.
- 3-5 years PAE in property law
- Strong experience in property transactions, development work, and leasing
- Demonstrated ability to work both as a team member and autonomously on complex matters
- Excellent drafting skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients and build long-term relationships
- Deadline-driven approach with ability to work under pressure
- Strong business acumen and pragmatic approach to transactions
