Production Operations Lead

This role oversees material flow within a Kanban system and involves leading a team in a fast-paced environment.

The Production Operations Lead is responsible for the efficient replenishment of raw materials from receiving to production lines and coordinates picking of work orders and manages stock availability for production.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of warehouse operators in a Kanban environment with an emphasis on safety, process adherence, and operational excellence.
  • Overseeing the removal of production waste through the Kanban system to the warehouse.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues on the floor—fast thinking is key.
  • Providing real-time feedback to minimize production impact from stock shortages.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing or leading a team in a warehouse or manufacturing environment and possess strong skills in problem-solving and decision-making.

Familiarity with Oracle transactions and BPA scanner use is also required.

A clear and confident communicator with excellent time management and prioritization skills is essential for this role.

Bonus: Forklift license preferred but not mandatory.
