About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team in designing, developing, and implementing grid-connected battery storage, solar, and EV charger solutions for utility, commercial, and industrial clients.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the engineering team in delivering solar and energy storage solutions
  • Provide technical analysis and due diligence for project delivery
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and oversee project delivery
  • Ensure BESS and PV products and services are market-leading and compliant with industry standards
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of energy system products and services, including design, installation, commissioning, operations, and maintenance
About You

You will hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.

You will have at least 5 years of experience designing, installing, and operating battery storage, solar, or renewable energy systems, particularly in the commercial, industrial, or utility sectors.

Your background should include extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with electrical systems, grid integration, and energy management.
