About the Role:

We are seeking an accomplished Travel Industry Product Coordinator to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing and managing products and services in the travel industry, driving profitable revenues through all aspects of product delivery.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Negotiating competitive rates, exclusive inclusions, and service level agreements with suppliers to optimize business outcomes.
  • Conducting thorough product performance analysis (sales/competitor analysis) and recommending strategies to expand market share while maintaining product margins.
  • Developing strategic partnerships to facilitate the growth of destinations.
  • Creating a comprehensive and well-presented product range that meets the demands of the target audience and maintains a strong reputation within the market.
  • Coordinating brochure development and pricing to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Collaborating with Operations and Product Delivery teams to guarantee seamless operation of tour seasons.
  • Managing financial aspects of tours, including budgeting, planning, costing, and yield management to maximize profitability.
  • Representing the company at travel trade shows and industry functions to research and develop new products and relationships.

Required Experience:

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess a strong background in travel industry product coordination and management. Relevant experience in Latin America and effective negotiation skills are highly valued. Additionally, proficiency in both FIT and Touring products is essential.
