About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced horticulturist to join our team as a Product Risk Coordinator Biosecurity. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our greenlife products, as well as providing education and support to our team members and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze regulation and biosecurity changes to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Work closely with the Product Compliance Manager to develop and implement product compliance and quality assurance controls
  • Conduct product investigations and coordinate evidence for regulatory responses
  • Develop and implement education materials and processes for team members and customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with greenlife products
Requirements
  • Qualification in horticulture or related discipline, ideally coupled with relevant experience
  • Experience within the nursery industry is highly desirable
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and consider risk in decision making
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, with a high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a high-performing team
