Job Title: All Rounder - Fish & Chip Shop

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic All Rounder to join our team in a fast-paced fish and chip shop environment.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Operate fryers, grills, and other kitchen equipment to prepare high-quality food products
  • Prepare and cook fish and chips to the highest standards
  • Manage cash handling and operate the point-of-sale system efficiently
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints effectively
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Participate in staff training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a fast-food or hospitality environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling
