About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Retail Activation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Retail Activation team, you will be responsible for executing in-store pain points, maximizing disruptive campaigns, and supporting new product launches and existing category performance to build brand consideration and new user acquisition within our Authorized Retailer network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute in-store activation strategies to drive sales and brand awareness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform category marketing strategies
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage and execute trade activation priorities aligned to the overarching product category strategy and marketing plan

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales and marketing role, preferably in a retail environment
  • Proven track record of success in executing in-store activation strategies and driving sales growth
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
