About the Role:

The Civil Engineer Intern will play a key role in supporting our team in delivering high-quality recruitment services. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on various projects, gaining valuable experience and skills in the field of civil engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate and undertake activities required to meet construction programs and ensure timely completion of projects.
  2. Review and analyze structure plans, drawings, reports, and trade requirements to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  3. Prepare and respond to correspondence and requests from clients and stakeholders.
  4. Organize and attend to requirements for projects, including site instructions, safety notices, and other correspondence.
  5. Contribute to the development of Occupational Health and Safety & Environmental Management strategies and initiatives.
  6. Perform general filing and administration tasks to support the team.
  7. Report to the Project Manager/Supervisor and contribute to the achievement of team goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  1. Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree or secondary degree in a professional discipline related to civil engineering.
  2. Interest in acquiring mining-specific experience in the discipline.
  3. Proficiency with software relevant to the professional discipline of civil engineering.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
