We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Senior Maintenance Technician. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our machinery.

About the Opportunity

As a Senior Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks on our Hitachi EH5000 haul trucks, including mechanical maintenance, component change out, and parts replacement. You will also work closely with our team to identify and implement improvements to our maintenance processes.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on our Hitachi EH5000 haul trucks, including mechanical maintenance, component change out, and parts replacement.
  • Identify and implement improvements to our maintenance processes, working closely with our team.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with our safety policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including completion of relevant documentation and reporting paperwork.

  • A strong focus on safety and a commitment to adhering to all site safety processes.
  • Relevant trade qualifications and experience in a similar maintenance role.
  • Intermediate PC skills, with ability to use computerized maintenance management systems.
  • Good communication skills, with ability to work effectively with colleagues and other departments.
  • A strong ability to adapt to changing workloads and priorities.
