Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement efficient frontend components and systems, ensuring seamless integration with product designs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product designers, to translate design concepts into robust frontend implementations.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and methodologies for frontend engineering, driving quality and efficiency across the organization.
  • Develop and present engaging presentations to technical stakeholders, showcasing expertise and thought leadership.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to determine optimal solutions to complex problems, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Participate in design and code reviews, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
  • Identify and address performance bottlenecks, optimizing application performance and user experience.
Requirements
  • Experience developing rich web applications, preferably with TypeScript, React, and MobX.
  • Experience with design systems or maintaining components used by other teams; strong interest in the problem space.
  • Practical knowledge of data structures and algorithms, enabling efficient and effective coding practices.
Nice To Have
  • Experience writing accessible code and reading detailed specifications (WCAG 2.1 AA), ensuring compliance and inclusivity.
  • Experience in stakeholder communication or internal advocacy, facilitating effective collaboration and decision-making.
  • Cross-browser and cross-device development expertise, ensuring seamless compatibility and user experience.
