Job Opportunity
We are seeking a Graduate Network Engineer to join our team. This role provides structured training, mentorship, and practical experience to prepare you for a successful career in networking.
As a Graduate Network Engineer, you will work closely with experienced engineers, operations teams, and stakeholders to contribute to the design, deployment, and maintenance of technical engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, write, and maintain technical engineering designs.
- Collaborate with engineers and operations teams to gather technical information and support solution deployment.
- Assist in implementing customer solutions with guidance and transition them to Business as Usual (BAU).
- Participate in structured training, including:
- Networking fundamentals (Routing & Switching, Wireless, Security)
- Industry certifications (JNCIA, Aruba Wireless, Security Firewall)
- Network security, LAN/WAN, and data center networking concepts
- Soft skill development for professional growth
- Work openly and inclusively with others in a team environment.
- Maintain a positive and proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
Requirements:
- A recent graduate (or career-transitioning professional) with a keen interest in networking and IT infrastructure.
- Strong willingness to learn and grow technical and professional skills.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
- Must hold a Baseline security clearance or be an Australian Citizen eligible to obtain Baseline clearance.
