We're seeking a full-time Optical Dispenser to join our independent practice, located in the heart of Williamstown. This role offers an ideal blend of work-life balance and opportunities for professional growth.

Awarded by our customers for over 30 years, Fitzgerald Optometry provides continuous optometric services in Williamstown. Our focus is on delivering exceptional patient care and providing quality products that enhance their vision and overall wellbeing.

• Dispense lenses and assist with frame selection.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure efficient opening and closing procedures.

This role requires:

• Certificate IV in Optical Dispensing (highly regarded)
• Strong communication skills and a passion for working with people.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivation, positivity, and friendliness are essential for success in this role.

• A healthy work-life balance, Monday's off, and alternate Saturdays with flexibility to work additional days.
• Ongoing support from our experienced Optometrist and Practice Manager.

The estimated salary range for this position is between $50,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
