We're seeking a highly skilled Junior Chef to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning's Waurn Ponds Centre. As a key member of our culinary team, you will play a vital role in creating delicious and nutritious meals for our children.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience working within a childcare setting. You will be responsible for preparing meals that meet the dietary needs of our children, ensuring high standards of food safety, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

In this role, you will:

  • Maintain accurate records of food stock and order supplies as needed
  • Develop menus that cater to various tastes and dietary requirements
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless meal service operations
