The Job

  • Communicate with colleagues regarding additional work requirements for seamless service delivery.
  • Document all completed tasks, including cause and correction, and recommend any missed work during service and repair, ensuring accurate records.
  • Return customer vehicles in good condition, adhering to industry standards for cleanliness and adjustments.
  • Supervise apprentices assigned to your team, providing guidance and mentorship to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Operate tools and equipment safely, reporting safety issues promptly to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with the parts department to secure necessary components, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Participate in dealership and service department meetings, as well as online training sessions, to stay updated on industry developments and best practices.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workshop area, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
