Quantum and Delay Expert Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned expert to join our team in the field of delay analysis and quantum assessment. As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with clients to provide insightful solutions to complex challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting thorough delay analysis and quantum assessments for international projects;
  • Collaborating with our global network of offices to deliver high-quality solutions;
  • Developing skills and knowledge in delay analysis and/or quantum analysis;
  • Supporting clients in resolving complex disputes and claims.

Requirements:

  • Construction or civil engineering degree qualified;
  • Demonstrable experience as an engineer, project manager, or construction planner with live project planning experience OR experience working in cost, quantum, and claim assessment matters;
  • High degree of proficiency with Primavera P3, P6, or other project cost accounting systems;
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills;
  • Ideally hold relevant professional membership (e.g. RICS or CIArb).
