As a key member of our Queensland team, you will be responsible for overseeing quarterly REIS and APAC deliverables, ensuring high-quality data collection and reporting standards.

  • You will lead client presentations and proactively enhance service delivery, building client awareness of our research capabilities and demonstrating core company values.
  • Collaborate with research analysts to meet team deadlines and ensure report finalisation, identifying and implementing data collection process improvements.
  • Author thought leadership reports for allocated markets, supporting investment propositions and ad-hoc research papers across business lines.

This role offers the opportunity to lead Queensland's research function while contributing to our national research excellence.

Requirements
  • Strong analytical and research skills with real estate industry experience are required, along with proven client presentation and relationship management capabilities.
  • Experience with data collection, quality control, and report writing is essential, as well as a collaborative approach to team-based project delivery.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and professional development is also expected.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build proactive relationships across the business to ensure information flow.
