We are seeking a highly skilled Ancillary Claims Auditor to join our team at Medibank. As a key member of our Payment Integrity team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our claims processing.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough reviews of health service providers, members, and staff to ensure compliance with Medibank's recognition criteria, Fund Rules, and industry standards.
- Identify patterns and trends in claims data to prevent improper payments and benefit leakage.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operations, focusing on efficiencies and high-priority cases that minimize future loss and mitigate business risk.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to share insights and best practices, driving continuous improvement in our claims processing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to detect and interpret patterns in data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with people at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, with a strong understanding of pivot tables and data manipulation.
- Previous experience in a claim audit role is highly desirable.
