We are seeking an experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals and snacks that meet stringent nutritional guidelines.
About the RoleThis Part-Time role involves working 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 8:30am-1:30pm, with flexibility in scheduling available.
Key Responsibilities- Menu planning and budgeting
- Stock ordering and control
- Dietary and allergy safety requirements
- Maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment
- A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or an ACECQA-approved Early Childhood qualification is desirable, along with experience in a cook role.
- A current Working with Children's Check and First Aid certification are mandatory.
- A Food Safety Supervisor Certificate is also required, or you must be willing to complete it.
