Job Title

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Retail Sales Assistant to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who have a passion for tools and trades, and want to utilise their current skills and experience within a growing and diverse business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Provide expert advice and information on products to customers.
  • Support customer queries and offer solutions in a professional manner.
  • Maintain store displays and ensure a well-presented store environment.
  • Process and maintain customer orders effectively.

This role suits a motivated individual with strong attention to detail and a focus on customer service. You will work with a variety of team members and customers, and have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build solid, long-term relationships.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous retail and/or trade experience.
  • A genuine understanding and passion for tools.
  • Enthusiasm, high motivation, and a strong teamwork ethic.
  • Dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Comfortable with technology – computer literacy is essential.
  • Availability for weekdays, weekends, and some public holiday work.
