About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Consultant to join our team at Iress. As a Technical Consultant, you will play a key role in helping our customers get the most from their investment in our software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical subject matter expertise on superannuation and technology
  • Consult with internal and client stakeholders across the full software development and project lifecycle
  • Gather requirements and design solutions
  • Configure and integrate software systems
  • Ensure high-quality technical documentation
  • Work closely with clients to identify areas of process improvement and best practice

Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or relevant software analyst/engineering experience
  • Technical skills with SQL, Java, Python or any other programming language
  • Sound understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
  • Relevant qualifications in I.T., superannuation or accounting will be highly regarded
