We are currently seeking a highly skilled and passionate Bar Manager to lead our team in a fast-paced, world-class bar environment. The ideal candidate will be a fearless and skilled Bar Manager who can command the bar with confidence, keep service fast and smooth, and inspire a loyal crew of bartenders and floor staff.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the bar inventory and stock with precision, ensuring that everything runs smoothly.
- Lead and mentor a dedicated team of bartenders and floor staff, providing guidance and support when needed.
- Maintain the highest standards of presentation, cleanliness, and guest experience, ensuring that every customer leaves feeling satisfied.
- At least 2 years of experience in bar or tavern management in a high-energy venue.
- A calm head in chaos and sharp instincts in high-pressure situations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- A deep passion for drinks, people, and hospitality, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
