Retail Sales Assistant

This is an exciting opportunity to utilise your current skills and experience within a growing and diverse business.

As a motivated individual with strong attention to detail and a focus on customer service, you will be working with a variety of team members and customers to build solid, long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Processing sales transactions
  • Providing advice and information on products
  • Supporting customer queries and offering solutions
  • Maintaining store displays and ensuring a well-presented store
  • Processing and maintaining customer orders
Requirements:
  • Previous retail and/or trade experience
  • Passion for tools and understanding of their use
  • Enthusiasm, motivation, and teamwork skills
  • Dedication to providing exceptional customer service
  • Comfortable with technology and computer literacy
  • Able to lift heavy items
