About the Role

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our team in Aged Care facilities across Tasmania. As a Registered Nurse with Randstad Australia, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered care to clients in Aged Care facilities
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to maintain and enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Current Flu and three Covid-19 vaccinations
  • Willingness to travel to various locations in Tasmania
  • NDIS Clearance (or ability to obtain)
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in the Aged Care sector (highly regarded)
  • National Police Clearance
