We are seeking seasonal casual team members to support our car park, concierge and valet services during the festive season.

This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and create positive experiences for customers.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have exceptional service skills, be confident and safe drivers who can handle manual and automatic vehicles, and be available to work shifts from September to February, including late nights, weekends and public holidays.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail setting.
  • Greet and assist customers on arrival and departure from the centre.
  • Support valet services by opening car doors and assisting guests as they exit their vehicles.
  • Safely park and handle customer vehicles with care and efficiency.
  • Maintain smooth traffic flow.
