Key Role in Client Services

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years' experience in a client services or adviser support role within financial planning or wealth management.

  • Day-to-day support to a Financial Adviser, managing client administration and service delivery is required.
  • Coordinate and prepare documentation for client meetings, including Statements of Advice (SOAs), review packs, and follow-up tasks.
  • Manage implementation of advice and ongoing client requests with accuracy and urgency.
  • Liaise with clients, product providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and professional communication.
  • Maintain client records in accordance with compliance standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to drive greater efficiency and consistency.
