Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Hair Restoration Associate.

The successful candidate will be able to manage stress effectively and create a positive experience for our customers and staff members.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting specialist doctors in all activities related to hair restoration procedures
  • Consulting prospective customers over the phone and in-person
  • Treating every patient with courtesy and respect
  • Seeking opportunities to enhance team member and customer satisfaction
  • Traveling to interstate clinics occasionally when needed
  • Assisting in the day-to-day operations of the clinic when needed
