Store Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our team in Warrnambool.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of inspiring small teams, developing client relationships, and implementing store standards.

  • Coach and develop up to 6 staff members to achieve consistent results.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Manage wages, rosters, and budgets effectively.
  • Develop and implement operational plans to drive sales growth.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

As a seasoned Store Manager, you will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service, a focus on driving sales growth, and the ability to motivate and develop your team.
