As a Leading Hand, you'll oversee daily operations and ensure high-quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate a team of carpenters and apprentices
  • Read and interpret plans and drawings
  • Organize materials, tools, and subcontractors
  • Ensure safety standards and project timelines are met
  • Perform hands-on carpentry work as needed to keep the job moving
  • Report progress and issues to site/project managers
What We're Looking For:
  • Trade-qualified carpenter (Certificate III or equivalent)
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in carpentry, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of residential construction
  • Ability to manage a team and liaise with clients and contractors
  • Solid problem-solving and communication skills
  • White Card, valid driver's licence, and own tools
