Clough is on the lookout for a skilled Heavy Machinery Operations Supervisor to become a vital member of the Project Ceres team. In this capacity, you will be instrumental in organizing, directing, and managing all machinery and equipment operations to ensure alignment with the construction schedule. As a Heavy Machinery Operations Supervisor, your responsibilities will include overseeing machinery teams, enforcing company protocols, efficiently managing maintenance and repairs, and maintaining safety and quality standards throughout the project.

About Clough and the Role:

  • Engaging, negotiating, and managing relationships with subcontractors.
  • Reducing expenses to meet budgetary limits.
  • Ensuring current Machinery Onboarding processes and equipment registers.
  • Effectively managing defects and pre-start procedures.
  • Overseeing routine inspections and maintenance tasks.
  • Supervising workforce management and replacements.
  • Fostering strong relationships with project stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills for the Role:

  • Trade qualification in Heavy and Light machinery operations (preferred) with 3-5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Understanding of construction fleet management and maintenance scheduling.
  • Experience in Perth & FIFO operations.
  • Proficiency in asset management systems and technical expertise.
  • Strong commitment to safety, health, and quality assurance.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
