ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Leads a Team of Electrical Tradespeople, ensuring safe and effective maintenance across our fixed plant operations.
- Manages Electrical Logbooks and ensures compliance with WA electrical regulations, standards, and procedures.
- Fosters a Positive Safety Culture and develops succession plans to promote a high-performance team culture.
- Set Performance Standards and plan daily work tasks, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Improves Reliability by identifying and implementing initiatives to enhance electrical reliability and plant performance.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Western Australia Electrical Licence.
- In-House Licence Nominee experience - preferred.
- HV Switching qualifications with previous experience.
- Knowledge of Statutory Compliance: Strong knowledge of statutory compliance, WA electrical standards, regulations, and legislation.
- Leadership Experience: Demonstrated leadership experience within a processing plant.
- Maintenance Systems: Experience in computer-based maintenance systems – SAP preferred.
