Greenstaff Medical Australia is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Critical Care Nurse to join our team in Gold Coast, QLD. As a critical care nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our ICU/HDU/CCU units.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop plans to meet those needs.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients' responses to these interventions.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a registered nurse in ICU/HDU/CCU.
  • AHPRA registration.
  • Valid working rights in Australia with experience in ICU/HDU/CCU.
  • Certificates in Advanced Life Support, Infection Control, and any other relevant specialty training.
  • IEMR Trained.
  • A valid flu vaccination and a documented history of COVID vaccinations.
