The Role

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Associate or Senior Associate to join our dynamic EPL team in Melbourne. As part of this role, you will be responsible for advising and representing clients in employment-related claims, attending conciliation conferences, and drafting settlement agreements.

Key Responsibilities

  2. Providing expert advice on employment terms and conditions, including enterprise agreements and modern awards.">
  3. Developing and implementing effective strategies to achieve client objectives.">
  4. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and case progress.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in employment law, preferably in the area of EPL.">
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.">
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear and concise advice.">
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.">
